Orders and terms
What is the minimum order?
1 pallet for products from the Netherlands (Mexican blend, grated mozzarella, 3-cheese blend and custom format). Blue cheese wheels from the Czech Republic are sold by the full truckload.
How long does delivery take?
Around 1 week. The first order takes a little longer.
At what temperature does the product arrive?
Chilled at +2 to +4 °C.
Do you sell to private individuals?
No. Only to businesses: wholesalers, food manufacturers and restaurant chains. The form does not accept requests from private individuals.
How do I request a quote?
Via the form, by phone or WhatsApp on +34 666 051 193 or by email to info@a2z-foods.com. Tell us the product, monthly volume and delivery location.
Products
Which products do you offer?
From the Netherlands: Mexican blend, grated mozzarella, 3-cheese blend and custom format. From the Czech Republic: blue cheese wheels.
Is the Mexican blend cheese?
No. It is a grated blend of 45% analogue, 35% mozzarella and 20% orange cheddar. That is why we call it Mexican blend or grated blend, never cheese.
What is the shelf life of the Mexican blend?
90 days, stored at +2 to +4 °C and packed in a protective atmosphere.
How is the Mexican blend packed?
In 10 × 1 kg boxes. A pallet holds 56 boxes (8 per layer, 7 layers): 560 kg.
Do you have technical data sheets?
Yes, on request. Ask for one via the form, stating the product.
Where does the product come from?
The grated products from a specialist plant in the Netherlands; the blue cheese from a dairy plant in the Czech Republic. We do not publish the names of the factories.

Which countries are your factories in?
The Czech Republic (exclusively), the Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, Denmark, Belgium, Austria, Ireland and Poland. We sell in Spain and Portugal.
