Can you adapt the cut or blend to my recipe?

Yes: our custom format adapts the cut and blend to your company's specifications. Tell us what you need and we'll assess it with the plant.

Do you have technical data sheets for your products?

Yes, on request. Ask for one on the form, stating the product.

Is the Mexican blend cheese?

No. It contains 45% analogue, 35% mozzarella and 20% orange cheddar. That is why we call it Mexican blend or grated blend.

What is the minimum order?

1 pallet for grated products. Blue cheese wheels by the full truckload.
